Nonprofit Peer Learning CirclesOur Peer Learning Circles (NPLCs) offer a unique opportunity for nonprofit professionals to engage in connection, learning, processing, problem-solving, and growth in a unique and supportive setting. NPLCs provide professionals with a regular and confidential space to gather together with a trusted and confidential group to share support, guidance, and connection.These facilitated and structured groups intentionally foster peer knowledge sharing,brainstorming, and maximizing growth - all without participants feeling responsibility for coordinating their own group. If you’re interested in connecting with other like-minded professionals - this group is for you.WhoOur Learning Circles are composed of 3-10 nonprofit professionals who are in the same type of positions in non-competing nonprofits, who are committed to actively engaging in a confidential and collective learning process. This peer learning circle is open to nonprofit professionals in leadership positions within their organization.
