Location: Austin, TX, Hybrid remote job, but must live in Texas. Close proximity to Austin area preferred.
Salary Range: $88,000-$92,000
Purpose & Summary of Position:
The HR Director leads all human resource functions for TCFV to support and enable the strategic and operational performance of the organization. The HR Director reports to the CEO, and in conjunction with the CEO and Sr. Leadership team, the HR Director develops a comprehensive human capital strategy for the organization in alignment with the mission of TCFV and with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining the talent required to achieve organizational goals. The HR Director at TCFV works in a hybrid office capacity. The successful applicant must be a Texas resident and available to work in the Austin-area office at least four times per month, and periodically as needed. This role is the sole HR professional at the agency, with occasional assistance from an HR assistant or contractors as budgets permit.
The ideal candidate is a true HR Generalist, well-rounded in leading all HR operations and functions, and preferably with experience in or familiarity with a non-profit operation. The HR Director will be a member of the agency’s Sr Leadership team and be a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner to the team.
