With a background in visual arts, communication, and team development, Lisa Bussett integrates these disciplines to design and deliver tailored programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. She draws from a wide range of skills, from problem solving and decision making, to team management and communications, to enable individuals to reach higher levels of communication and work performance. With excellent listening skills and a laid-back demeanor, Lisa possesses the ability to see things from a systems perspective. She creates safe learning environments, and leads groups and individuals to understand each other’s inherent values, and how they contribute to the larger mission of their organizations.

Lisa has designed, developed, and facilitated gatherings ranging from team interventions, mediations, and process/strategy planning meetings that resulted in improved communications, reduced tensions, and clear strategic directions. Her experience spans healthcare, education, family-owned business, nonprofits, and publishing. Throughout her career, she has provided feedback and coaching to front-line staff, mid-level managers, and executives, all resulting in enhanced performance and improved collaboration.

A working visual artist with a dry sense of humor, Lisa has an innate ability to embolden people to tap into their creativity and have fun while they learn.
