Learn simple, immediately applicable skills and processes to facilitate any group conversation, foster collaboration, come to decisions, and drive productive outcomes. In this workshop, you will learn to facilitate by facilitating – please come prepared to experiment with new techniques and give and receive feedback and challenge how you lead groups.
