The stressors of continued uncertainty, pandemic-induced isolation from friends and family, and increasing online fatigue have combined forces - leaving a lot of people feeling lost, stressed, and dreading a holiday-season forced online. This workshop series will bring you opportunities to find joy and playfulness, engage in self-care, and learn games that you can borrow for your own virtual holiday celebrations. Creating connectivity in the virtual world is possible - and this is a great opportunity to both experience it and learn new skills, activities, and games that you can take back to your communities.

We created Movesz with Jamsz to encourage body movement for all ages. Movesz with Jamsz doesn’t require any experience in exercise. You can start at any fitness level.
