We believe that establishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyles, will aid in longevity for the betterment of the family and the community. Among adults, obesity is a significant risk factor for numerous chronic diseases and conditions including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer. Obesity is a major public health challenge for the United States and many other countries. We believe that the most important thing is to have fun and move your body. We created Movesz with Jamsz to encourage body movement for all ages. Movesz with Jamsz doesn’t require any experience in exercise. You can start at any fitness level. Movesz with Jamsz is a program that supports body movement at your own level and pace. Movesz with Jamsz will offer the opportunity to have fun and do your body good. Embracing “no” – Week 1: Boundary Brain Science and Understanding Boundary Crossing w/Lacy Alana The ability to say no to yourself – and others – is essential for healthy working and interpersonal relationships – but often hard to do! If you struggle to set limits with yourselves or others, you’re not alone. We’re often taught to put others’ needs and wants before our own, which is often depleting, and builds resentment and relational disconnect.
