Introduction to Participatory Practice in Evaluation

This interactive workshop introduces nonprofit professionals to participatory approaches that center community voice and lived experience in evaluation and learning processes.

Participants will explore how to meaningfully engage stakeholders, especially those most impacted by their work, to inform decision-making, shape program strategies, and shift traditional power dynamics.

The session will cover practiucal tools and considerations for incorporating feedback loops, co-creation methods, and inclusive learning practices.
