- Prepay the full amount of the itemized invoice to ACC before any assistance is rendered.
- Provide requested information in a timely manner.
- Treat all Nonprofit Austin team members with respect and cooperation.
- Understand that failure to meet these expectations may result in termination of services.
- Understand that Nonprofit Austin reserves the right to limit these services based on staff availability and other factors.
