The Pangea Network is currently seeking college students who are passionate about community service, mentorship, human rights, and women’s empowerment to support its annual Young Women’s Leadership Challenge (YWLC) program.
Selected interns will spend up to 160 hours between mid-May and August working closely with a collaborative team in an in-person environment. Interns will help prepare for and support the YWLC summer conference by participating in facilitator training, assisting with program management and recruitment efforts, supporting fundraising initiatives, and helping coordinate the many details that go into planning a meaningful experience for high school participants. Responsibilities also include helping organize conference materials and assisting with tasks before, during, and after the conference sessions.
This summer, conferences will take place in Austin and Houston, offering interns the opportunity to support young leaders across Texas.
