A Powerful Partnership Takes Shape
|
Nonprofit Austin is proud to announce a new collaboration with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Austin Chapter, an effort designed to support and strengthen the journeys of nonprofit professionals across our region.
We asked Jayden Beatty what excites her most about this partnership:
“AFP Greater Austin exists to support professional fundraisers in raising the sustainable philanthropic revenue needed to advance their organizations’ missions through ethical practices. This partnership allows us to fully live into that mission by collaborating with Nonprofit Austin to design practical, impactful curriculum that equips nonprofit professionals to raise resources effectively and with integrity. Together, we’ll expand opportunities for fundraisers to gain the skills, resources, and support they need to thrive.”
The mission of the AFP Greater Austin Chapter is to facilitate ethical and effective philanthropy in Central Texas. The members of the Greater Austin Chapter represent a cross-section of professionals who serve the diverse nonprofit organizations of our community.
