Within a month The Board Tune Up will provide you with a roadmap for addressing your organization’s unique governance challenges and strengthening your board.
The program launches with a quick diagnostic – an assessment to be completed by the Board President or other designated board member in approximately 25 minutes. We then meet with the Executive Director to review the findings from the diagnostic and gather additional insights into the working dynamics of the Board from a staff perspective. This information is then synthesized into a set of key recommendations that the Board can readily adopt and implement.
